Where are you?
I have two practices - one in Bingham and one in West Bridgford.

From Monday to Thursday, I'm based in Bingham, on Medway Drive. The postcode is NG13 8YD.

On Fridays, I'm based at The Bay Therapy Centre in the Lady Bay area of West Bridgford, Nottingham.
The address is 19-21 Trent Boulevard, Lady Bay, West Bridgford, Nottingham, NG2 5BB.

When can I see you?
I have availability from Monday to Friday both in the daytime and evenings. You can book an appointment here.

How much?
My fee is £50 per hour session.
You can pay by cash or bank transfer.

Who do you help?
I work with adults - both individuals and couples.
I don't currently work with young people under the age of 18.
If you are looking for a therapist for a child or teenager, I would recommend Anne Crosbie or Josh Chandler.

What can you help with?
All sorts of things. Anxiety, depression, stress, grief, relationship issues to name just a few.
